Well, one of my two longshot horses was close in the derby (finished 3rd), but Hatton was absolutely pummeled by a faster, harder hitting, and much more skilled Manny Pacquiao on Saturday (Click Here To Watch The Entire Fight). I was afraid of this happening, but I thought the was some value in Hatton at +230. I should have just put some money on a knockout by either fighter.

It now appears that Hatton climbed his way to the top by fighting inferior opponents. I admit that I bought into his hype and thought that he was among the tops in the boxing. Maybe he still is, but it's definitely been proven that he is not the best of the best. Start the decline....Tip: Don't spend it all in one place. No more big paydays Ricky. We now await the over-hyped Welterweight cash cow between Floyd Mayweather & Manny Pacquiao....

And, once again on Saturday, my 4-unit baseball underdog comes through in the Nationals +130 and my 3-unit NBA play fails. I think it may be time to bag the NBA for the season, at least for anything over 3-units. Baseball and finding valuable underdogs are one of my strongest areas and I think I should just stick with them until along football season coming rolling around. I just hope my readers have been playing my MLB picks and avoiding my NBA plays.
