Good Morning Visionary Fans:
Perhaps Wednesday wasn't the optimal time for a day off from the action as The Visionary is starting to heat up again. We had another 2-0 (+5 unit) day on Tuesday night, cashing both the side and total in the only college football game on the board. As I stated in Tuesday's comments card, I am not going share my betting volume with my readers as there is really no purpose in doing so.
However, these are the facts (numbers don't lie);
- Since the beginning of the 2008 football season, the average player who bets a max of $150/game is easily up over a grand so far this year following The Visionary's free sports picks.
2008 Football Picks: 71-54 (57% / +40.40 Units) - That same ($150/game) player is up over 3 grand since the opening of this blog and was never required to pay a dime.
2008 Sports Picks Overall: 142-105 (57% / +136.05 Units) - I guarantee you that 95% of the sports handicapping services on the internet today are nowhere near these numbers and at least 60-75% of these so-called "handicappers" are in a hole since the start of the football season. Fact: Most people that eiher work for or own sports handicapping services, do not understand or appreciate what real handicapping entails.
One thing is for sure; I am already beginning to miss the baseball regular season. There is nothing like a nice +150 home dog to help you out of a slump.
But, that short tenure in the red figures with our college football picks is beginning to look like a distant memory. We can really put that unpleasant memory in the rear view mirror and waive those days goodbye with a winner tonight and a strong finish this week. I actually have a decent size card for Thursday despite the small board. I really like the college football headliner tonight. But again, I am missing the baseball regular season as I don't like tonight's NLCS game one matchup. Ok...Lets go....
