Good Morning Sports Bettors:
Well, we went 1-2 on Wednesday night but didn't lose anything. We actually picked up less then a half of a unit by hitting the big underdog runline play in Houston. The weekend is approaching and I am sure you all are excited for some more football action. I am actually very excited as I really want to get that ugly negative sign off the college football record. I am getting sick of looking at it already. I started going over Saturday and Sunday's schedules and see a lot of games that I really like. I am going to make some adjustments in the way I do my college football handicapping. I plan on using more pure numbers and less emotional/circumstantial material when drawing up my college football picks. We will see how it plays out this weekend.
As for tonight; Thursday night's schedule has two college football matchups on the board; both of which are on National TV, and both of which have very large spreads and are not supposed to be close. However, this evening should be interesting as we get to watch the number one team in the nation take the field again since their destruction of the over-rated Ohio State Buckeyes. USC is also a bit over-hyped in my opinion. The Trojans may be the best team in the nation, but is not by much. Here's a college football prediction for ya and you can mark my words on this; USC will not go undefeated this year. They may even lose two.
Anyway, The Visionary is not going crazy tonight guys. We're going to play both of the games at 'average to small' plays; one side and one total tonight. Players, I do not advise playing these games big in any way tonight. Do you really think that there is any chance of getting an edge over the house in these two matchups? Be patient. Sit back and root for a monumental size upset tonight as we are going with the Beavers and the points. The weekend will be here soon enough. I also spotted two small baseball dogs that I feel have some some nice value. So, we have a rather large card of average and small MLB & college football picks for Thursday night. Enjoy....
Visionary's Thursday MLB & NCAA Football Picks:

Visionary I'm just curious, who in the Pac-10 is going to beat USC? I'm a Buckeye fan and a very big college football fan. Their hardest Pac-10 games are all at home, and they put up 28 on one of the best defenses in the country. And they always took advantage of a short field and capitalized on mistakes.
I disagree with your pick in tonight's game just because I see them making a statement for any non-believers. But that is a lot to cover for me too. No money on it for me though, so hopefully you are on the right side. Good luck tonight.
Mez,
You are posting to tell me that you disagree, but you're not going the other way. Seriously? Looks like you won't be wrong either way. What is it like up there on the fence? LOL.
You're also not exactly making a bold prediction when you say they will come out and make a statement tonight. That's pretty much the general consensus amongst college football fans.
And I do not retract my statement about USC. They will not go undefeated this year. I don't know who will beat them. But, they will throw up a clunker at least once like they do every year. Who beat them last year? Stanford. My point exactly.
Well I gotta say, midway through the second quarter, my foot tastes better than I expected!
Good call so far boss, hope it holds for you.
The Visionary owns!
(just gotta extend the weekday dominance into the weekends)

Hey Maz,
I truly appreciate the acknowledgment. Usually the haters choose not come back to eat their crow. It never tastes that good.
Hey Carl,
As always, I appreciate the support and I will do my very best to carry this into the weekend. We got rid ofthat red figure in the college football. However, we still need the Rockies to hold on to make it a profitable day in the bases.
