After a very nice 3-0 (+10 unit) Tuesday, I finally got to work on updating my record for my sports picks from January 15th to February 17th. My college basketball record was 43-27 (+9.3 units), and my NBA record was 22-17 (+8.1 units) since my last update on January 15th. I still find myself digging out of a hole in the NBA action as I really got off to one of the worst starts in my handicapping career this season. I am doing quite well in the college action, but I am playing the wrong games at larger values. I would be in much better shape if I were playing the same amount (or close to the same) on every game. I am going to try and level out my college basketball amounts for each game, while sticking with the same strategies that I have been using this year. As far as the NBA, I'm just going to keep grinding and shoot for even (or close to even) by the end of the season, in hopes of booking some small profit in the playoffs. Anything more then that would probably be an unrealistic goal in the NBA. I promise not to let the record sit dormant for this long anymore. I will try to update the record every week or every other week from here on out so that you all can get a more accurate gauge of how things are going. I had some hot streaks this past month in the hoops action and I hope it helped some players make some money.
As for Wednesday, I feel very confident in tonight's card. I have a (5-unit) play that I am just in love with, along with one 3-unit play in the NBA action. I also have a 4-unit college basketball play along with two others in the collegiate hardwood tonight. Enjoy the picks and see you all tomorrow.
