Good Morning My Football Betting Friends:

The Visionary gave 3 units back to the book on Friday night as we hit both MLB playoff picks, but lost both of our college football plays including our 3-unit play on Marshall. Boy was the Visionary wrong that Marshall team. No excuses for that one last night. I honesty thought that team was a lot better then they showed last night. We are now at .500 in college football and we still have that ugly red font in our NCAA football picks record. I spent the entire day on my college football handicapping, drawing up with this extremely large Saturday card. I feel very confident that this very big card will profit and hopefully get us back in the back with the college football picks. It seems like we have been hovering around that 120 unit mark for the past two weeks. I think this weekend is a good time to break things open and finally make a strong charge at that 150 unit goal that we set. Saturday's big card includes three big plays; one 5-unit play and two 4-unit plays along with a few other regular NCAA football plays. You also may notice that there is a decent amount of chalk on the card, but I think a lot of these lines are set far too low. We are also playing some of the bigger match-ups on the board. Anyway, let's make some money today. Here we go for Saturday....

The Visionary's Saturday College Football Picks:

Pick: Oklahoma State Cowboys -25 (CFB)
Value: 5 Unit Play

Pick: Vanderbilt Commodores +4 (CFB)
Value: 4 Unit Play

Pick: Michigan Wolverines -2 (CFB)
Value: 4 Unit Play

Pick: Arizona Wildcats -24 (CFB)
Value: 3 Unit Play

Pick: Purdue Boilermakers +14 (CFB)
Value: 3 Unit Play

Pick: North Carolina Tar Heels -7.5 (CFB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

See you all tomorrow with Sunday's NFL picks!

Good Luck Everyone!!

Good Morning Sports Bettors:

We are starting to turn it on as we picked up another four units on Thursday night; two in the bases and two in the college gridiron. However, we still haven't gotten that ugly red off the college football picks record and we are still down a tenth of a unit. Boy, do I feel unproductive. LOL. Anyway, how 'bout we have one of those big weekends where we pick up 15-20 units? This way, we won't have to look at that ugly red font again for the rest of the year? How does that sound to you all?

I'll get right to the plays as I spent a few hours on this card trying to get it completely right and I don't feel like typing at all anymore. I also have a lot of handicapping work to do for tomorrow's games. I haven't even looked at the Saturday board for more then 5 minutes yet. I figured that I couldn't second guess myself throughout the week if I did all my handicapping for Saturday's college football on Friday. But, don't any of you worry. I will have a profitable card prepared for tomorrow and we will give your bookie a spanking. Here are Friday's MLB and CFB picks that took 3 hours to draw up...

Friday's MLB Playoffs & NCAA Football Picks:

Pick: Marshall Thundering Herd +3.5 (CFB)
Value: 3 Unit Play

Pick: White Sox @ Rays Under 8.5 (MLB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

Pick: BYU Cougars -28 (CFB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

Pick: Boston Red Sox +120 (MLB)
Value: 1 Unit Play

(The Visionary's daily free sports picks are rated on a 1-5 unit scale)

I will see you all late night tonight or tomorrow morning with a big Saturay card!

Enjoy!

A Very Good & Profitable Morning To My Sports Betting Buddies:

Did I tell you that The Visionary would get things back on track? Well, we sure help the cause on Wednesday night with a perfect 3-0 (+9 unit) sweep, nailing our big play in Boise State who mopped up Louisiana Tech. This keeps us right back on pace of reaching our goa of +150 units by October 20th. What do you say we keep this hot streak rolling tonight and get that college football record back into the black before the weekend? Sound good? The Visionary is excited for another profitable evening of Major League Baseball playoff action and college football picks. I have another big one in tonight's NCAA football action along with 3 other baseball and football plays. Let's try to carry a winning streak into the weekend and sustain through the weekend this time. How does that sound? Let's make it happen! Here we go for Thursday night...

Thursday's MLB Playoffs & College Football Picks:

Pick: Pittsburgh Panthers +13.5 (CFB)
Value: 4 Unit Play

Pick: White Sox @ Rays Over 8.5 (MLB)

Not a lot of extra time to post today. What frustrates me about last night's two-unit play on Middle Tennessee State -3 is that I heavily considered playing the moneyline. Oh yea, the fact that they waited until the 4th quarter to show some offensive life was pretty annoying as well. I have two bigger plays on tonight's card that I like a lot. One big college football play in the Louisiana Tech @ Boise State matchup and one three-unit play in the Milwaukee/Philadelphia NLDS matchup. Again, I don't have a lot of extra time today. So, here are Wednesday's MLB baseball picks and college football picks from The Visionary...

Visionary's Wednesday MLB & College Football Picks:

Pick: Boise State Broncos -24.5 (CFB)
Value: 4 Unit Play

Pick: Brewers @ Phillies Under 8.5 (MLB)
Value: 3 Unit Play

Pick: Boston Red Sox +115 (MLB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

We hit the big play in Baltimore last night but lost the total for a small, two-unit profit. Not exactly the weekend that I was looking for overall, especially in the college football. I promise that we will get this train rolling again very soon. This is a marathon...not a sprint, and there a peaks and valleys over the course of a season. We have another full week of college football action along with the baseball playoffs to get things back on track. The Visionary is not too keen on tonight's add-on matchup between two very poor Sun Belt teams. I went over the matchup for a little bit during last night's Monday Nighter, but the best I could do was a small play. I have a pretty big play for Wednesday in the bases along with another big one in the college gridiron that I really like. As for tonight, here it is...

Visionary's Tuesday's College Football Picks:

Pick: Middle Tenn. State Blue Raiders -3 (CFB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

Morning Players:

Very frustrating weekend where it just seemed like we couldn't get anything going. We will get back on the winning track as we always do, and we will start tonight. I really like the Monday Night Football matchup. I have a 4-unit side play for the Monday nighter. I would have played this one for 4-units even if this were a Sunday game. It definitely would have been on yesterday's card had it been scheduled for Sunday. I will also post a small play on the Monday night total along with a small play in the afternoon final baseball game to close out the MLB regular season. Getting right to em' today as I am a bit worn out from an overwhelming weekend that did not pan out at all. So, here are the MLB and Monday Night Football picks for today...

Visionary's Monday Night Football Picks:

Pick: Baltimore Ravens +5 (NFL)
Value: 4 Unit Play

Pick: Ravens @ Steelers Under 35 (NFL)
Value: 2 Unit Play

Pick: Tigers @ White Sox Over 10 (MLB)
Value: 1 Unit Play

Hello Players:

We finished up Saturday a dismal 3-3 and gave a unit back to the books. I am very frustrated that I wasn't able to get the college football picks record out of the red. Not exactly what I was looking for with that card at all. For just one week, I want to see my teams finish strong and not blow any leads. I am taking to you Miami and New Mexico State!! I can not believe that New Mexico State blew that lead in the 4th quarter. Up 8 points with 7 minutes to go and getting three points. Unbelievable! The Aggies blowing that lead made a potential 9-unit profit into a 1 unit loss. However, I am not all that upset with myself as the only game I felt that I completely misread was the Alabama/Georgia game. But, like I said, I am playing them by the numbers from now on. I did spend a lot of the day doing my NFL handicapping and I feel very confident in Sunday's card. I am playing the NFL by the numbers as well. Let's see how it pans out this week. Thus far, the National Football League has been pretty profitable. The Visionary has two big NFL football picks that I absolutely love for Sunday. We have all road underdogs on today's card players. I have a feeling we are going to see quite a few upsets in the NFL, just as we did in the college last night. So, lets keep grinding it out by playing these five Sunday NFL puppies..

Visionary's Sunday NFL Football Picks:

Pick: Atlanta Falcons +6.5 (NFL)
Value: 5 Unit Play

Pick: Washington Redskins +10.5 (CFB)
Value: 4 Unit Play

Pick: San Francisco 49ers +4 (CFB)
Value: 3 Unit Play

Pick: Green Bay Packers +1.5 (CFB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

Pick: Cleveland Browns +3.5 (CFB)
Value: 2 Unit Play

(The Visionary's daily free sports picks are rated on a 1-5 unit scale)

See You All Tomorrow With The Monday Night Football Picks.
(Expect Another 5-Unit Play)
